HELLO FELLOW HUMANITY

Hey everyone! I decided to post today so I am going to do that. Yay! First of all, I'm going to show you some pictures of when I went ATV riding a week or so ago because you haven't seen them yet.
 Me riding in the mud
After (the red ATV is mine, the green dirt bike is my dad's)

So there ya go! Pictures galore! Or two!
Next thing: I'm sorry about the Contesta. I have NOT had time to look at da pictures yet. I will have time, however. As soon as I get my phone back.
Third thing: I made a cool list of people with synesthesia from EVERYWHERE!
  • Me (obviously)
  • Vinyl Scratch. I know it might sound sort of crazy, but in the Rainbow Rocks short "Music To My Ears", she shows some primary signs of having synesthesia, so analyst me went full beast mode on it and tracked down other places. So yeah, synesthesia has Vinyl Scratch.
  • Duke Ellington
  • Vincent Van Gogh
  • Lady Gaga
  • Franz Liszt
So yeah! Those are some of the people that have synesthesia. Turns out I keep good company.
Also, RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATION! Corner Cafe makes SUPER GOOD STUFF. I recommend the panini with chicken and provolone in it called the Chicken Pomodori. It's really good. Also they make really good lemon pound cake. And good baby chocolate bundts. They're just an all-around good restaurant. I got some hot chocolate and it was SO NUMMY! *nom nom* They have locations all over the US so you can find ones easily!
One more thing- the song and YouTuber. For the song today, Panic! At The Disco- Victorious. It's sort of emo-y so if you don't like emo-y stuff then don't listen to it. If you know Panic! At The Disco, all of their songs are sort of emo-y but I don't mind them. YouTuber is mmmmmmmmmm- how about ACRacebest. I know I probably recommended him before, but I still like Bronies React- can you blame me?
Welp, that's about it for today, guys! See ya next time on TBLOR! (Come to think of it, TBLOR rolls off the tongue pretty well. The B-L combination works extremely well)- OH WAIT I NEED TO GIVE YOU SOME STUFF ABOUT MY LIFE SORRY WAIT ONE SEC
Okay. What happened today:
My sister's parent-teacher conference (mine's tomorrow morning. *bites nails)
Lots of waiting because my dad needed to get some work done with the "drawer" and stuff
Going to places like Walmart and Hobby Lobby and feeling sad that you couldn't buy any of the stuff there

That's pretty much it. Sorry that I almost forgot! But really, for realsies, goodbye this time. I shall return!

oh hi everyone i'm not dead sorry

I was going to get something called sleep, but then I remembered you guys haven't gotten a post in like NINE DAYS so...
Snow! I like it! We got six inches here (the night that Thanksgiving break started, no less), and I can't wait to savor every bit of it! It looks so pretty from my room, where I can see the ENTIRE POND that's freezing over because it was 17 degrees today! Fahrenheit, by the way. I live in America. Don't know what that is in Celsius. Maybe 32 meters? (yeah, no.)
Also, I GOT MY PHONE BACK FINALLY for like a day and a half-ish and now it's been taken "indefinitely" again. Hopefully that means tomorrow? Yeah, sounds accurate.
I'm extremely sorry I haven't posted in a while. I haven't really had much interesting stuff to post about, but then it snowed and I thought Gotta post today! Today! today? Tomorrow. This went on until I decided I had enough and just did it. So now I'm posting! Also, I went to an awesome place where I had something called "black and white pancakes" that were chocolate chip pancakes with a chocolate-whipped-cream-drizzle and LOADS of both milk and white chocolate chips on top. It was SO SCRUMPTIOUS, I didn't even need syrup! It was good enough by itself! That's not something I EVER SAY EVER so they were really good obviously!
So winter is the season of colds and stuff, so I thought you should know how I cure a sore throat!
1. Get hot water.
2. Get some mild tea that people don't usually use.
3. Put the tea in for a little bit.
4. Add some honey! Just a drizzle, or more if you want :3
5. Drink.
There you go! It's nice! Also, my immune system is going FULL WINTER BEAST MODE on those cold viruses, and I'm not getting any colds! My nose is clear as crystal and my sinuses are normal; thankfully. Our bonus room was getting chilly for obvious reasons like

  • it isn't insulated whatsoever
  • it's 17 degrees Fahrenheit outside
so we had to fix the little woodburning fireplace thingy to make it much warm! Thankfully it worked, or we would be real chilly in there, and that's where my library is that's supposed to hold all my books but holds maybe half of all my books because the rest are scattered throughout the house!
Also, did you know that Katy Perry got it wrong? Tigers don't roar at all, they make a series of agitated sounds. But Taylor Swift got it right... she is a nightmare. Not dressed as a daydream though, dressed as Taylor Swift.
YouTuber today is Joey Graceffa. Cool guy really.
Going with that theme, song is Don't Wait by Joey Graceffa.
Welp, not much to say besides that! bye guys :D

IT HAS BEEN A TIME OF LONG

So I'm posting this new post because I haven't really posted in a while. All just updates of stuff like things and recipes. So I felt sorry that I hadn't updated you on my life in a while.
My friends are sick
My friends have lunch detentions and after-school detentions
My friends
my friends
Okay, I'm sorry, guys, but really nothing at all has happened in my life since I posted last! It's been very banal. The regular forms-turned-in, et cetera, la di da. There hasn't been anything interesting. I just need to turn in my form today and Monday and have it all signed, then I get my new toys, yay! That's pretty much the only interesting thing that's happened. Seriously, let me give you my daily itinerary thing:

--itinerary deleted because my dad's a jerk that won't let me put a schedule of what I do for "internet safety" even though I know so much more about internet safety than he does and I do try to be internet safe like not saying where I live-
Here's the shortened version:

Wake up.
School.
Get home.
Dinner.
Games.
Bed.

(does that make you happy, Dad?)

So, I guess, that's the schedule? Does that count for posting stuff about my life?
I hope so, because SONG RECOMMENDATION IS DROPTEK- THE COVENANT and YOUTUBER RECOMMENDATION IS FLIMFLAMPHILOSOPHY (sp. error maybe)
AND THAT'S ALL FOR TODAY FOLKS
ALSO WE LISTENED TO STEREO HEARTS BY GYM CLASS HEROES IN CLASS AND IT TRIGGERED AWESOME YET BITTERSWEET FLASHBACKS
So yeah that's what's happened bye

Benches!

I'm on the bus, going on a BAND TOUR (le fun has had) except I have to ride with Percussion and Brass (most of which are annoying). I'm going to spend half a day behind percussionists with drumsticks. Yay, I'm sure that won't drive me crazy. Thankfully, I have a couple brass friends, but pretty much ALL MY FRIENDS ARE WOODWINDS. (I need a t-shirt saying that.) I'm going to make this short so that I can still publish it while we're in front of the school, so just recommendation song today is So Fabulous by Roomie, who is recommended YouTuber today. It's a song about Pewdiepie, who if you haven't heard of, you are under a rock. Or under a roc, in which case, try not to get carried off by that giant bird. Bye!

OH HEY THERE

Care to join me for a cup of tea AT 1:00 AM?! Yeah, I'm up late, I know, please don't get on me about it. I wanted to post more about my SYNTHESIA! This is now a cool FAQ page for my synthesia!
General facts about it:

  • It isn't too common, but scientists think everyone has it at birth and most lose it over time.
  • Basically, it deals with sense mixups. Most of them are a sense linked to sight, for example when you hear a sound you see a shape, but there have been cases documented of someone who, when he tastes certain foods, feels the sensation of objects being placed in his hands. Weird, right?
  • Everyone's colors can be different, and there are lots of different types, like sight-sight (as weird as it sounds, that's actually one; if you see a word for example it's in color), sight-sound, taste-sight, etc.
Facts about MINE!
  • I have colored words and colored sounds. Don't ask me to eat a ton of chocolate and ask if I see anything. Although I wouldn't object to lots of chocolate.
  • I remember people a lot by pairing colors with names, names with faces, and colors with faces. Basically, I see someone and when I hear their name, I know that it's a certain color, for example, light green. Then, I assign an "aura" around them, which is the color of their name. Then, when I see their face, I remember their name based on their aura. It's a lot simpler in practice, believe me.
  • Different sounds have different colors of course, and then because of this, songs have colors. I usually avoid songs with orange and brown colors, and go more for green, blue, and purple, although there are quite a few songs with mainly orange, brown, and red that I like as well.
  • It often looks like colors laid out in front of me, dipping and changing with their pitches. For example, a bass drop: It might start off pretty high up, then go over a hill and "drop", where it turns darker. For example, I listened to a really good song earlier with a blue bass track, and it turned darker when it dropped, almost midnight blue.
  • It isn't something that I can control, and I was born with it. You can't learn synthesia. Sorry for everyone who doesn't have it.
frequently asked Questions:
Q: does it hurt?
A: no. not at all, actually.
Q: are you sure this isn't totally made up?
A: YES. I AM SURE.
Q: what does my name look like?
A: COMMENT YOUR NAME I WILL ANSWER
Q: does it hurt?
A: AGAIN, NO. NOT AT ALL.
Q: how does this affect you?
A: I like listening to Dubstep more than the average human. That's pretty much it.
Q: What do you see when you're listening to a song around you?
A: well, I obviously see the song, and I also see some other stuff. like, I ride the bus and I see people's auras pouring from their seats, and when someone isn't there, I can see a projection of them, colored like their aura, in the seat where they sit.
Q: so it really doesn't hurt?
A: NO!
Q: you sure?
A: YES I AM SURE! I AM DONE WITH YOUR QUESTIONS! *stalks out*

So yeah, that went swimmingly! Wasn't kidding about the comments thing though.
Bye! To sleep!

Recipipies!

So it's getting colder (in the Northern Hemisphere anyways) and so I decided to share some of my tried-and-true recipes for good warm drinks, and some cold ones too (for those of you viewing in the Southern Hemisphere, where it's getting warmer). So here they are! Refer to them when you want to!

~LE WARM DRINKS~

Yummy Apple Cider

  • 1 glass mug
  • Apple cider
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Sugar (optional)
  • Caramel (you can get the liquid bottle of stuff)
1. Fill the mug 3/4 of the way with apple cider.
2. Add around half a tablespoon of caramel.
3. Add one shake of cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg.
4. If you want sweet apple cider, pour in 3/4 tbsp of sugar. (Optional)
5. Stir well.
6. Heat in microwave for 55 seconds on high, or just eyeball how warm you want your cider to be.
7. Stir again after removing from microwave (to break up particles that formed).
8. Enjoy!

Mmm, Hot Chocolate
  • 1 glass mug
  • Milk
  • Cocoa
  • Liquid chocolate (like Hershey's, for ice cream)
  • Sugar
  • Peppermint oil (optional)
  • Marshmallows (optional)
1. Fill mug 3/4 of the way with milk.
2. Add 1/2 tbsp of cocoa!
3. Add 1/4 tbsp of sugar.
4. Add around 1/2 tbsp of liquid chocolate.
5. If you want cocoa that doesn't burn your mouth when hot (at least not as much), add 1/4 tsp of peppermint oil.
6. Heat in microwave for 55 seconds on high, or just eyeball it based on how hot you want your chocolate.
7. Stir well after removing from microwave to break cocoa particles.
8. Enjoy! (with or without marshmallows)

~LE COLD DRINKS~

Tropical Punch
  • 1 cup/bowl/etc.
  • Orange juice
  • Mango juice
  • Lemon juice
  • Lime juice
  • Pineapple juice
  • Sugar
NOTE: Since this recipe can be used in many circumstances, assume that the amounts here are for one person. If you want to make this for a party with twenty people for example I recommend making fifteen times this, because one person drinks a lot more than twenty people will, and the twenty people will try to be polite and let others have punch. You know what, as a general note, this is for one person, and for a party, make 75% times the number of people (like for 20 people make fifteen times the recipe if that isn't too confusing). Happy partying!
1. Add 3/4 cup of mango juice.
2. Add 1/2 cup of orange juice.
3. Add one squirt of lemon juice and lime juice respectively.
4. Add in 1/4 cup pineapple juice.
5. Add 1 tsp sugar.
6. Stir well!
7. Enjoy, preferably served in a coconut with a straw on a beach somewhere in the Bahamas.

BLOOD (not really, but it looks like it.)
  • Watermelon juice
  • Cherry juice
  • White grape juice
  • Red wine of choice (if you want it to be alcoholic, and you are over 21)
NOTE: Same rule applies to this drink as to the Tropical Punch.
1. Add 1/2 cup watermelon juice.
2. Add 3/4 cup cherry juice.
3. Add 1/4 cup white grape juice.
4. If you want it to be alcoholic, add around 1/8 cup of red wine (or to make it stronger, tone down how much of the other juices you add and add mostly red wine).
5. Mix well.
6. If it isn't your desired red...
a. Make it redder by adding more dark cherry juice or maybe red wine, or red food dye if you want it to be really red.
b. Make it less red by adding more watermelon and white grape juice.
7. Enjoy, preferably served in a wineglass at a fancy table while sitting in a coffin with a long black cloak and pale white skin.

So there are the recipes!
Also, since this is also my daily post (not much has happened), recommendations!
Youtuber: SciShow (for cool sciency stuff, obviously).
Song: Self Destruct by Pegboard Nerds. If I get a YouTube channel, parts of this will be my intro, hopefully.

LE CONTESTA

I am holding a PHOTO CONTEST! I'm going to have you guys send in photos, I'll edit them, and then the general public can vote! If you want, I can just edit a photo; it doesn't have to be entered. A similar copy of this thingy is in Google+ if you're in my "Friends" circle. So now that that's out of the way, some stuff happened:
1. My lil' sis got pneumonia and had to be HOSPITALIZED. (Dun dun dun!)
2. I got my phone back... I think, anyways.
3. I had a half day today, Thursday, and tomorrow, I don't have school! Then two full weeks, then thanksgiving break! Yay!
That's pretty much the summary...
Song today is Here It Comes by Pegboard Nerds. I've been picking out new ones for you to listen to, so...
YouTuber is gonna be. Hm. Madventures7 is the name (I think), Minecraft, Agario, Growtopia, and probably some others are his game(s). He is one of my friends, online and in real life, so check 'im out!
See you. Sorry this was really short. I should get to bed.
Oh one more thing! I got really into a series called The Lumberjanes! It's ewally funny and great :D soyeahbye

Turkey

I don't know, Thanksgiving?
Hey everyone! I HAVE A LLAMACORN! It's a llama and a unicorn and my dreams come true. It's white with green stripes and it has two tails! It's very pretty :D I'll get a picture as soon as I can. This is for everyone that didn't read the last one.
So yeh, that's that, I don't really know what I wanted to- OH! 1500 PAGEVIEWS! THAT WAS THE IMPORTANT NEWS!
Oh, yeah. We have one thousand five hundred pageviews. 1504 right now, though. I'm going to re-recommend this place to everyone I know so that I can get more pageviews! Cheap? Definitely! Good strategy? Yes! (just kidding, I'm just going to tell everyone that doesn't know yet.)
So yeah, I didn't have anything to say besides that. I had a sausage wrapped in a pancake on a stick today for breakfast. It was good. Congratulations.

Youtuber today is-hmm- BuzzfeedVideo, because they make cool experimenty things that are social. Yeah. that's pretty much what it is. It's cool.
Song? I have to say-err-how about Pizza Rolls by Shawn Wasabi. I'm sorry, guys, I've failed you. I can't listen to more music or anything with the TERRIBLE BAN ON ALL THINGS ELECTRONIC (I'm posting this from school, trying not to get caught), so I haven't been able to get you new music. Extreme sad face on that. Oh, one more thing, our family photos are up on the photographer's website! I won't tell you who the photographer was because you would check their website, sign up, and see me and my family and our approximate location! Because I have BLUE HAIR and it's pretty hard to miss that! So I'm sorry, photographer. I can't advertise because it'll give away who I really am, behind the screen, behind the Net, behind the... Never mind. Too much philosophy. I'm off to research countries and their exports!
Cya!

Flop

Hey everyone! First, after-school detention wasn't as bad as I thought it would be- I could read and stuff (yay). Second, HOW WAS YOUR HALLOWEEN? Mine was soggy. It was drizzling/misting/raining the entire trick-or-treating time, but I still got a boatload of candy! I should have around maybe nine pounds of candy now, if my calculations are correct. Seriously. I got that much. One house in my neighborhood gave out TWO FULL-SIZE CANDY BARS for you. I got a Hershey's and a Crunch (yum). My favorite type of candy is Butterfinger- what's yours? Third, today, November 1st, we rode our Mule (a UTV, a Honda Pioneer). It was REALLY FUN, and a weensy bit scary too, but it wasn't too bad. Now I'm waiting for Wizard101 to load so that I can play it. My sister, who we just recently found out has a red-dye allergy and tightened lungs, is going to watch television. I liked the day after Halloween more than Halloween, sort of ironically. The song "Would You Still Love Me The Same" (that's the chorus anyway) came on the radio and gave me flashbacks- good ones, to the dance. The dance was REALLY FUN and I still can't get over it. Also, people in our neighborhood are really weird- one guy gave me chips and a Capri Sun, and another guy gave me microwave popcorn. (Odd.) That's pretty much what I have to say- also, I got a little llamacorn cool figurine thing that's like a llama and a unicorn. It's white with green stripes on its sides, and it has two tails! It's cool! I don't have anything else to say, except for the fact that the recommended YouTuber today is- hmm- let's say Logdotzip. I haven't been on YouTube lately because of my no-electronics ban (it was repealed today). But anyways, Logdotzip is a cool Minecrafter that plays Minecraft and stuff. Recommended song? "Would You Still Love Me The Same" (again, that's the chorus, if you look it up it'll probably come up, I was just lazy). So, yeah, gotta play the Wizard One-oh-one! See ya!
